3. Awards/ Honors
3.1 Include all scholastic awards/honours received
3.2 Record any competitions participated and the level of competitions
( i.e. inter-school, state or country level ). Include the result of the competition if you have won any.
4. School Organization and Activities
4.1 List the position held in school elected by the school board
( i.e. prefect, head of librarian, King Scout, and etc )
4.2 Include position or membership of any school-based society or clubs
( i.e. Tennis Club, Buddhist Society, Girl Guide, Ranger, etc. )
4.3 Include organizing of or helping with events
4.4 Include solo athletic activities such as running, swimming, equestrian, etc.
5. Community Involvement
5.1 Include membership in community groups, etc.
( i.e. volunteer firefighter, volunteer for SPAC, United Way Youth Committee, canvassing for various charitable groups, etc. )
5.2 Any volunteer work in which you have been involved (
( i.e. summer day camps, etc )
6. Skils/Personal Attributes/Interests
6.1 Can be broken down into separate areas if need be
